hello all,

i got a BB Z30 STA100-5 on 10.3.1.745 and sometimes when i go to send a text, and i click send nothing happens, the text in the type box just sits there and doesnt send? any help?

or if it does happen to send, it shows the sending icon beside the text but never actually goes though?

Is the number it is being sent to correct? Like is possibly missing a number or something silly like that.

If it was for ALL numbers then it could be a network issue, but if it is for specific numbers I would start by looking at the recipient itself.

Is this random with random numbers at any given time?

I'd bet it's your carrier. Sometimes I switch to BBM or email when t-mobile isn't sending my texts. It can be difficult to determine the real culprit though.

for example I was texting my mom all day, then it just decides to stop or freeze almost

I just text my mom, I get the sending thing, went to text my gf and it sends right away

Either turn off your phone and data then turn them back on and should work.

Somestimes if the memory is low do a hard reeboot or just turn the phone off to bring it back to life

Justr happened to me just a little while ago and could be if you go between towers it might get hung up

rebooted so many times, still the same thing

they dont know, rebooted OS, same thing.. going back to 10.2.1....

I'm curious if going back to 10.2.1 fixed your issue, I'm having the same problem with a recently upgraded Z10 STL100-3(10.3.1.1154).
