Who makes the best tempered glass screen protector for the Z30? I can find quite a few who make great "normal" ones...but no glass ones, and I much prefer glass over plastic film.

Ive been buying traditional SP's pretty much from two sources (Spigen & Clarivue) for the last...long time, anyway. They have always been the best IMO...but Spigen doesn't make one and Clarivue has had a "waiting list" on theirs, practically since the Z30 was introduced, and they still don't have it. I doubt they ever will now. Oh well...

I'm running a ZAGG Glass SP on my iPhone 6, and it's great...but once again, they only make 'em for the "popular phones".

I'll check on both of the ones you guys mentioned. Thanks.

From the description ((I may have missed it), it does not indicate if there is a cut-out where the proximity sensor is located. I've read reports that some of the glass protectors can interfere if the sensor is covered by the glass. That sensor is what allows it to disable the touchscreen when your cheek is against it and allows it to come back to life when removed from your face.

How good are they with the slightly bevelled glass on the z30?
Is there any ghosting effect at the edges.
Do they go edge to edge?

My advice, don't get a screen protector, buy a spare screen. They are under 30 bucks and a 5 minute job to replace. Just 10 screws under the cover and one connector. If you can hold a screwdriver you will be able to do it.

    That's interesting.
I agree about one thing though, Z30 without screen protector is so much nicer. I don't know what these people do with their phones? Work on construction site or some sort of place where they ahve to constantly take their phones out and potentially bang against sharp areas?
The feel of Z30 without case and screen protector is just amazing. It's too bad some owners have no choice but buy protectors and cases.

They scratch no matter where you work or what you do. The screens aren't as scratch proof as some like to believe.

you know I've had some really good luck with these screens, dropping my phone completely naked, and surviving. But after the screen finally gave up I got a new screen and that screen protector above, and you know what this works great feels great and doesn't really take away from the device. Really thank you guys for posting the link to the item as I will buy a few more of these as spares in case I don't find them anymore...
