    Hi,

    Is anybody else experiencing an issue where Spotify isn't working properly? When I load a playlist and press play, it plays 2 seconds and then stops. It does this every time for 10-11 times and then finally starts playing properly. If I then skip to the next track or change playlists, it does the same 2 second play and then stops.

    I've reset the cache and redownloaded playlists for playing locally (Spotify Premium) but no change. It does the same when streaming too.

    Any ideas?

    I can't help, other than to say I don't have the same problem with my Z30 running 10.2.1.3175.

    I'm not having that problem on Z30STA100-2/10.3.0.296 - Spotify Premium.

    I would delete the Spotify app, restart the device then download Spotify again and check for updates in Snap to make sure you have the latest version.

    Also could it be another device which has access to your Spotify account ?

    What version of spotify and your OS are you running?

    Also download Task Manager and check to see if there are other apps running in the background which could be conflicting.

    I'm running Spotify 1.1.0.113 with OS 10.2.1.2941

    I downloaded task manager but no apps were conflicting. I killed pretty much everything!

    I would speak to Spotify from their website then. They have great support (At least for us premium subscribers).

    Say you're using an S4 or something too lool

    I get the odd bit of stuttering on Spotify using my Z30, but for the most part it works as intended, although quite laggy.

    I contacted Spotify and they could only suggest a reinstall, which didn't solve the issue. If I clear the data and then relaunch the app, it works fine until I change playlists. Then it plays the new track for a few seconds and then no sound. The track's still playing but no sound. The only way to fix it is to keep restarting the track. Eventually it works but sometimes can take 10-11 restarts.
    The latest Spotify update hasn't fixed it either :-(
    I think I'm just going to have to put up with it .....

    Also have the same stuttering problem Renato22 has, but only when Spotify is left running while my STL 100-1's screen is off. What's weird though is that this only happened 2 updates before the latest one.

    Does anyone have a crazy fix or something?

    Update:
    I've deleted spotify, went to the spotify's webpage and downloaded a version of the app for an android 2+ OS (v. 1.1.1.162) and sideloaded thru OS10 app for chrome.
    The stutthering is no more.
    But the silence after 2 seconds in the songsmade their appearence
    So it seems to be an android version issue, just have to get the right one for your BB.

    Problem is still not solve

    Very weird I use spotify daily and although I get some cracking occasional when I'm multi-tasking everything us fine. I'm using spotify 1.1.1.162 on 10.2.1.2160.
    I usually update from aptoide without issues, OP have you tried messing with the settings? Check the streaming quality and download settings good luck.
