so this happened with my z10 and now my z30....

when I get a call I can barely hear the other person in the line, it's all distorted and fuzzy almost, any suggestions?

Carrier issue? Have you tried your SIM in another device to see if the same thing happens?

I've replaced 3 ear piece speakers on my Z10.
I work in dusty conditions , so during cropping in spring by mid June its gone - crackling and hard to make out what the person on the other end is saying, and after harvest in fall its the same.

I get this often on my z30. In fact today I was experiencing this. I find a quick restart usually makes it go away.

Do you have a video showing how to replace such speaker? Any idea vest place to purchase a speaker? I'm using a z30 now and it sound so clear but the Z10s were shipped with bad ear speaker to begin with. How do I know this..I know three of them and we all had the same issue. Blown ear speaker on our Z10. I currently use two phone two numbers for business. A z10 and a Z30. I can't understand the calls for work on my z10.
