    All of sudden I lose sound completely on my Z30 and only way to fix it is to restart. Started to happen about 3 weeks ago and now twice a day. I am running 10.3.2.2474.

    Help?

    Have you tried running BBVE? and maybe a reload of the OS is the only way to fix this. I have not read about this OS. but if you go to the thread, maybe there are some other complaints about the sound....

    Yes, I did. All audio tests fail. As soon as I restart the phone and audio is working, Audio tests pass successfully. I guess I need to reload the OS.
