    The problem has always been we show off our phones, folks oooh and ahhh but it rarely turns into a sale. That 2 folks actually bought one is great news, especially here in the USA where BlackBerry has limited mind share.

    Nice that the rep said thanks in such a cool way as well.

    Completely agree, finally ordered my over the phone at the rep never heard of the phone and screwed up everything. After a week not receiving it after paying overnight shipping I cancelled my order. Finally I ordered online and had it the next day. Online is best if you can't get in store but on hardcore loyalist will order if not in store. I think if not in store in sends wrong message to consumers
