Where are the scratches and stuff? You might be better off buying replacement parts and replacing them yourself (after watching a repair video).

I'm not sure where you're from, but I don't know how common it is for places to fix scratches, like an auto body place.

If the dings are bad, might as well buy a new housing and replace it yourself. I've done it twice with my Z10. Haven't tried it with my Z30 though. Bought the case BEFORE I bought the phone, and slipped the screen protector and case on as soon as the phone came out of the box.

I also once drop my new Z10 two weeks old from about 4ft high. Sold it immediately and buy another new z10. Bought it for $254 and sold it for $238 so only incur $16 lost but the second z10 drop again from 2ft high and this time it stays because re customise phone again is too much hassle.
