I was wondering, now that so many Z30 owners has encounter the black screen bugs. is it still safe to try different Leaks? Should I be worried? Right now I'm on official 10.3, but having issue with WiFi signal.

    Thanks in advance,
    Best regards

I think those who have encountered this issue did so on one particular OS, so it should be quite safe to upgrade to 2708 for example using autoloader method.

I don't recall the OS version that caused the problem for some Z30 users.

But newer OS are probably fine. One more but, but if you want to play it safe, wait a few days or a week when a new Autoloader shows up. See what comments turn up and how folks are reviewing it. Then make a more informed decision.

Yeah, I think so too, On blackberry official statement about this issue, they do mention only 2 version was effected..

"After the BlackBerry Z30 smartphone is updated to BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.3.1.2243 or 10.3.1.2267, its screen does not turn on."

Hope other os versions doesn't have those bugs anymore.

2582 was the mandatory update pushed to Z30 phones with earlier 10.3.1 OS to fix the black screen problem. Haven't heard anymore instances since the update. Perhaps no one dares to drain the battery dead since. Theoretically versions 2582, 2708, and 2726 are safe from the black screen problem.

I was on OS 2582 when I accidentally drained out my battery, after recharged the phone it booted normally.

Use an OS reload through BlackBerry link and don't restore ANYTHING for the highest chances of fixing your issues.
