    I apologize if this is a question asked before.
    I'm trying to update my significant other's Verizon Z30 to 10.3.1.
    Has anyone found a carrier that is using STA100-3 other than Verizon?

    I am hesitant to load software that isn't 100-3 (i.e., sta100-1).

    You are fine loading any model Z30's OS, they are all the same.

    The -3's native to Verizon, so I doubt any other carriers would be releasing OSes for it.
