Hi RSA SecurID app for soft token was available and working great in Z10. Upgraded to Z30 and now unable to get it from Blackberry World. Have lost a good business tool for the time being. Anyone in the same boat with losing accessibility to apps going from Z10 to Z30.

Yes there is a few that don't work on the Z30. They will come.

Notice a missing app then make sure you let the BlackBerry staff and the developer know about it. Most of the time they are clueless about it and all they have to do is allow z30 listing in BlackBerry World.

Odd. I see it on BlackBerry World for my Z30.

Are you a Balance user and getting it from the Work store? You may need to alert your admins. Normally, that SHOULDN'T be a problem but it's possible they have the store locked down by phone model.

Shows unavailable on my Z30 here in Canada I'm on the leak though not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I had it on 10.2.1.1055 (I've since reverted back to 10.2.0.1803 due to stability issues).

When I tried the leak, I restored app data from a backup and RSA came over with all my other apps.
