How do you remove the sim card easily in z30 they dont even have to press-ejector like they have used in the memory card slot so how do you remove the sim card easily? One solution that I came up with was to stick a piece of tape on the sim card and make sure you stick the other end on the phones back side. Removing the back side's tape and pulling it will make the sim come out of its holder... but if u guys have other suggestions

It is a spring loaded slot like the Micro SD Card Slot, yours is probably broken or you did it wrong.

If you cut down a SIM, it may be too thick for the SIM reader. Typically you push it in a bit further and it ejects. If it is a cut down SIM and too thick, the eject doesn't work and you may have to push it in a bit further and then use a couple needles or pins to grab the edge of the SIM and wiggle it out.

If you used a nano SIM in an adapter, the SIM is likely stuck and may not come out without breaking the reader.

Like paulwallace1234 said, the SIM slot is spring loaded, but to expand on that a bit, it is "ratchet spring loaded".
Meaning, to install the SIM, slide it into the slot and press it in compressing the spring until you hear/feel a click, the ratchet has now locked it into place.
To remove the SIM, press it in compressing the spring until you hear/feel a click, the ratchet has now released the lock and the SIM will pop out.
Click once in, click again out.
The same function is with the SD card.

If you are not experiencing the ratchet "click", then your SIM slot is damaged or the SIM you are using/trying to use is the wrong size.
Avoid using a SIM Tray Adapter in order to use a smaller SIM card in the Z30, as any gaps between the SIM and adapter can result in the contact pins in the SIM slot to get caught and those will easily break if you try to un-stick them.
