    I inserted a 4GB sandisk micro sd in my bb z30 but it does not appear in my "storage and access" i re-started my phone. Nada. Can someone help me please? Thanks!

    May need to be formatted in the phone to work. Settings>Storage and access>Format media card.

    If you can plug it into a computer try that. If it shows up at least you know the card is good and you can rule out a defective card. If it shows up then insert it into the phone and format it as described above.
