Dear CrackBerry Users,

I have bis Question for me. I would like to use the Priority Hub, for seperate Emails, Because I get a lot of "Not so Important Mails".

I Set Priority Hub in settings from off to on, and already marked a lot of Mails.
Therefore I hold long on the Mail an Set " This Contact is Priority".

The problem is, only the mails I Set manual to priority appear in the Priority Hub.
If i get a new mail from one of the Contacts, i already set, they don't become marked as priority...

I read a lot of threads and articles how the PriorityHub is to use, but i can't get it for me...

I hob someone can help me.

I also have searched for my problem in CrackBerry, but couldn't find exactly this. So If there is already a answer for this Problem, i'm sorry.

I use a BlackBerry Z30 in Germany ( Thats the reason for my Bad english, sorry)

Model: Sta100-2
Software: 10.2.2.984

I've also done a Reset to company settings ,but this didn't help too.

This is the criteria followed by the Priority Hub. Please be kind to explain what is the exact problem.

I've got the same Settings :



But If I get a message, it doesn't Mark it as Priority!
So, If I switch to Priority Hub, it doesn't Show any messages, but I got a lot of messages, which automaticlly should have marked as Priority :/

I don't Now, how to ecplain it better, sorry!
