Every day at 7 in the morning I get like 14 things that pops up that says please update your contact information. When I click on it it just loads and nothing happens.

Did you restore from a backup? I have this issue with only my Skype account now. Keeps asking me to update, even though I already have. Even after I delete and re-add the account.
It only stopped (for now) once I changed the password, so maybe you should try that.

If you really need to update passwords, open Settings>accounts and it should show some red warnings next to the accounts.
