    Since my last 2 upgrades I haven't been able to update my apps via one mobile and some other platforms it's been NO NETWORK CONNECTION . Should I downgrade back to my original update which came with d phone??? Please Help!!!

    Are you able to download new apps or do they give the same error message? Do apps through blackberry world update?

    First I would not user 1 Mobile. One simple sideload of snap and you are golden or user amazon.

    Since you are posting here using CB10, type

    myver (and press the spacebar to show up model and OS version)

    Did you backup and then RESTORE? If so, did you do a Custom Restore? If not, you may have restored BLACKBERRY RUNTIME (it is the Android module) and if an old one is restored it can mess things up.

    You might want to reload the OS if no one has better ideas.
