When I plug in my USB OTG adapter, I can access the contents via File Manager, and play one song at a time, but the albums do not show up in the media player. I don't see a way to browse to and select the music to play and entire album or folder.
Neutron player is even more awkward, I can't find a way to add the USB OTG folder to the library.
Anyone have any advice?

I don't believe you can create a playlist and play music on the media player through USB OTG. You can see the files but to play an entire album you'd have to create a playlist. I don't think this can be done.
