You said BlackBerry 10 took 297 steps to delete some 99 text messages while android took approximately 104. I showed you that you were doing it wrong. So yes, what you said was incorrect.

I can't help what you were told by others. Maybe they didn't know about the feature, or maybe they realized that you just like to complain. Here I've showed you how to do what you want to do, but you're still pissing and moaning. Maybe they were smarter than me when it comes to reading people.

I'm not sure when each OS received this specific way of deleting text messages - I don't believe you do either.

Except you didn't show him because you can't do what you described INSIDE an sms thread. Jeez calm down and try to understand before attacking people. I think all the criticisms are fair. Some are fixed in 10.3.1 and some just need to be addressed like the garbage contacts app.

Glad to have this work around. The folks at BlackBerry did not give me this solution. The only issue is when I use the term Troy with all fields turned on I will not only get those to and from Troy but those with that name in it. Therefore I will just have to be careful about selecting the messages to delete.
Not that I use it but it would be cool if they just implemented it in the thread. I'm a text hoarder.

I'm so happy I'm not tied to Google where I would have to give up this amazing phone to use a Samdung or some other Android phone.

I'm not some CEO or president of a country but i do value my security and privacy very much. And this phone is the best in the market for it.

And for comms, this phone is just amazing and with its battery life I don't have to worry about not being able to communicate throughout the day or carry a charger around and scout around a store for an outlet to use.

But at the same time I know this phone is not for everyone and I'm glad we have options out there. What works for me doesn't work for everyone. I usually find my opinions are in line with the minority.
