Looks better now seeing as the side frame is an extension of the bottom phone design. Still hoping it's super AMOLED so I can have the dark theme.

Nope. These come from the official instructions for the STA100, but compared to the instructions for the Q10 and Z10, this back looks like it's made out of "simple" plastic (no pattern).

I used my PlayBook to make the Sim card in the render be the same size as a real sim. Then, I measured the size of the A10. It turns out that it is pretty much 5.5 inches in length, only 4/10 of an inch longer than my z10. That seems pretty good. I wish I could figure out the other dimensions but the height seems pretty good.

Good point! I kind of forgot that there was still a question mark around the removable battery. We can now see that the back cover needs to be removed in order to have access to both the SD and SIM cards.

So, I think the measurements are 5.5 x3x.4.

This compares with 5.2x 2.6x
.4 on the z10.

Maybe someone else can try this and see of we are close.

No!!!! Why is the usb plug in the middle??!? It should be on the side as it is but higher or the preferable place, at the bottom, so that we have those juice packs and so that it doesn't affect typing.

Headphone jack, if only it could be at the bottom so it does justice to the pockets.

Bottom strip should not be making it bigger!

Otherwise, excellent phone.

I redid my measurements. It seems that the A10 will only be modestly larger than the z10.

Thinking about this, the change in aspect ratio from 16:10 on the z10 to 16:9 on the A10 means that the A10 should be a little less wide per inch than the z10.

Another way to do this is to line up the USB and HDMI ports on the render with the z10's ports.

The A10 is only a little taller and SLIGHTLY fatter.

No way. The phone needs differentiation, otherwise it will be all black and people will just say, "oh it looks like phone x". I love how the bezel at the bottom wraps around the phone on the side.

Plus if you're going to buy a phone with a 5" screen you've already made the decision that you are okay with a big phone. Otherwise stick to a Z10.
