    Anyone else experience this?

Open regular browser, plug in headphones, play some media you can hear the media through your headphones . Open Private Browsing from Browser, play the same media, and there is no sound from the media through the headphones. Without headphones you can hear the media Through speakers in both scenarios..

Hi Brat, I just tested with a video on www.bbc.co.uk and my sound was perfect using my BlackBerry headphones on my Z30. What video were you watching? I will test that.

    Everything works fine for me.

    Edit : I'm on a Z10 though, that shouldn't make any difference.

On my PassportSQW100-3/10.3.2.2339, z30, and Q10 on the same OS I have not seen this issue. Maybe it is a glitch in the version you are running. Try a reboot. Wait 5-10 minutes and try again. If that fails then it is for sure a glitch. If it is trouble some to you, you might want to look into upgrading you os to the most recent.

Not to insult you, but I just had it occur to me, did you try upping the volume? The headphone volume is different from speaker volume

Haha. Thanks Class--, no offence taken. Yes I understand that there is a difference and did have the volume up for both cases with the headphones. I will test again after I get back from Vacation.

Open private browser settings and make sure audio feedback is turned on in the display and actions section.

Thanks ealvnv, but that option was already on. In my experience feedback is just letting me know that something happened, not the actual media volume through the headset. And it was only an issue with the headset.
