I Just installed leaked 10.2.1.537 ( 10.2.1.1925) Radio 1899
everything work fine only enterprise activation fails with: not able to connect to server.
It works fine with 10.2.1.457
deleted the activation on BES server and created new - not working
deleted account on BES server and created new - not working
also tried over WLAN and Carrier

any ideas

I don't know about that specific version, but I haven't yet encountered issues activating my Z10 with the various leaks I've installed (currently on 10.2.1.1925). Have you installed all the updates for BES? Hopefully someone chimes in that has had similar issues. Good luck!

Hopefully this thread gets moved to the BES 10 forum under the Enterprise grouping where you are more likely to get more focused help.
