    So I noticed my phone was too quiet. I then discovered my email account is totally gone from my phone. I try to set it back up but it will not connect. Here is what it says.

    Well..first thing I would ask is: is your email address and password correct? It's detecting that your password is incorrect. Most likely you have forgotten it or made a typo? Do you know your password? Just logging into your email via Web browser and see if you can log in. If you can't then it's your credentials that you have forgotten.

    I have faced this issue since yesterday. I am not receiving my official mails. My office mail is in Microsoft active synch. What communication, I have received is that Microsoft active synch exchange mail service is not supporting BlackBerry 10. Can anyone help in finding the way out!

    Do you recall installing any new apps or did you update the OS recently. Speaking of OS, type:

    myver (and then press the spacebar)

    And in CB10, it will enter the OS version of model of your phone.

    Have you tried rebooting?

    Try a restart:

    Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

    If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

    I experienced a similar problem with an email account. It appeared gone but when I used accounts cleaner, there it was under external providers. I deleted it, rebooted the phone and set the email account up again and all was well. You can find it at http://appworld.blackberry.com/webst...ntent/59956050. It may be worth a shot.

    I don't recall - is that the official OS version for Verizon? And why do I THINK that that OS might have had an issue??? Not entirely sure of my recollection and could be way off!

    I'm not really knowledgeable on how to do stuff like that. I'd probably screw it up. Isn't there a lot of issues with the leaks as well?

    Nope, it's not hard and no issues so far reporting email issues that you are experiencing as far as I'm aware. You have a few choices to make:

    1. Back up and format/reset phone to factory default.
    2. Use an autoloader (which also formats and reinstall to new OS).
    3. Restart your phone several times till it works.
    4. You can upgrade your phone without formatting or losing any of your data.

    There's plenty of instructions around here, just search and look for it.
