    Hi,

    Has anyone here managed to pair the Samsung HF3300 headset via NFC with the Z30? I could only pair it via Bluetooth, but am curious to try this via NFC.

    Can anyone here shed any light on this?

    I'm curious why? The effective range of NFC is 2cm - 4cm. Will you be also wearing your phone on your temple/hat next to the headset?

    AFAIK the NFC only negotiates the pairing process, the wireless connection is still a bluetooth connection. Using NFC saves you having to pair the devices manually.

    To OP; sorry cant try.. dont have Z30 or that headset..

    It's all good. This is my first time ever dealing with NFC, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Nevertheless, I got a good chuckle out of your post.
