I have been playing with my new (to me) Z30 and am loving it so far. It is a used Verizon model but seems to work well on AT&T for me. One thing I have noticed is that the Hub shortcuts are missing. That is, when you select and hold an item from the Hub list and then slide that finger to the right, normally a listing of action items pop us such as "Mark Read/unread, delete, forward," etc. This is the way my Z10 Hub worked and I really like the shortcuts. I am on 10.2.1.2228, So, does this feature not work on a Z30 or is there a setting somewhere I am missing.

    Thanks in advance.

It should be there try refreshing the hub by swiping from the top right corner to bottom left and if that does not work try a hard reset buy holding the volume up and down buttons for a min or so untill you see the blue loading circle

Resetting the Hub via five swipes worked. Pretty lame of me not to have thought of that on my own. Thanks!

I don't think you have to slide your fingers to the right to make it work

    Admorris,

Technically you are correct but I wanted to make sure folks knew what I was describing.

Make sure you're tapping the actual message and not the date. Tapping and holding the date will give you different options if you are then I dunno hahah
