    I just received a refurbished Z30 . It is tied to Bell Mobility with no contract.
    Am I supposed to go to a Bell store and get a SIM card or is it supposed to be included?

    Thanks. I used the one from my Z10 but I need to get a new SIM card for the Z10 when I give it to my mother.

    I assume they can port her old phone number to the new SIM card.
