    Deleted netflix app on z30 cause it was doing weird things when I tried to play thru hdmi port now went to Amazon app store and it is not showing up? No longer available?

    Just get it from the Google Play Store. Or search Web for version 3.16.1 build 5342, which is the last working version for BB10. The new 4.X versions require Kitkat or above.

    This is the type of thing that worries me. I'm getting tired of work arounds. I can't use my Rogers NHL app to stream games because the Android version requires google play. Sigh.

    True. Although (again with workarounds), I have it working (patched) with Cobalt's modified Google Play Services.

    Different issue here. I got netflix going again but when I plug my hdmi into big screen to play netflix movie the movie plays on my phone but not on big screen. As soon as I stop movie and minimize netflix app the big screen shows my wallpaper and everywhere else I navigate on my phone?

    Hook up my wife's z10 it plays netflix flawlessly using same cable and big screen. Also using same netflix build as z30

    Have you checked the various settings under Main Settings/Display and possibly under the Media/video player?

    What about the OS version on the Z30 and the Z10? Same?
