Hey Crackberry Nation

First Time poster. I've had a blackberry since 2010 starting with 9780 then a 9900 then a Z10 now moving onto the Z30. First impressions is amazing love the big screen smoothness n fluidity it has.

This is my Z10 unlocked

This is what is shows on my Z30

Now both show Network Subset and Service provider unlocked. But my Z10 show network unlocked and z30 doesn't show that. I've tried getting a code from Mobile In Canada they couldn't provide me with one. I've tried qcunlock every time i put in a code that they provided it show successfully but nothing happens. Am i putting in the correct code i only got 4 tries left so i wanna make sure its the correct one. The person i bought it from said he using it with Bell.

Is there anything else i can try or different website that i can use to get that code.

This is what's on my unload Z30. Looks same as yours
Edit.. mixed up the photos there. You do need to unlock your z30 yes

This is very confusing to me but try cellularunlock.net.. that's who I used every time with . OK I was mixing up the two photos. Yea cellular unlock looks for a code as soon as you enter your imei so it's safe.

I would double and triple check the IMEI code and carrier you are giving to the website. I used http://www.quickphoneunlock.com/ to unlock my Z30 and it worked great. I got my code in 23 minutes. Could you call the carrier to get the code?
