I have a Verizon Z30, and I received an update notification on Saturday, however when I tapped it to initiate the download, the message, it says I have the latest software. It currently has 10.2.1.2991. I have read that the update is available for all 10 OS devices, however it seems I am unable to update. Any Ideas? Thanks.

You can try performing the update by connecting your BlackBerry Z30 to your computer and then launch BlackBerry Link and check for software updates. If no new version is reported, you can use a tool such as Sachesi to download BlackBerry OS 10.3.1 (I would recommend Software Release 10.3.1.1865, OS 10.3.1.2708). In Sachesi, click on the Search tab and then click on Show Settings. Use 320/220 for the Country/Carrier codes respectively, which is for TELUS in Canada. Uncheck the com.telus.myaccountbb10 file since it will be of no use to you, then download the upgrade files. Connect your device to your computer and then click the Install tab and drag/drop the files onto the window which will begin the installation process.

Alternatively, you can create a backup in BlackBerry Link and use an autoloader to update your device (keep in mind that this will erase the data on your device), once you've completed the initial set up process and signed in with your BlackBerry ID you can then restore your backup.
