My Z 30 suddenly blackout but still working can receive calls, battery full but you cannot see the screen the red light working also. What can i do please help

Do you happen to have an HDMI cable that you can use to connect to a TV to confirm device is working and just not displaying on the screen?

Ok. I just read that as well. Sorry for wasting your time on that. There was a release or leak not too long ago that caused this to happen when the device thought the battery was drained. Not sure if it can be reversed with another OS install, but at this time it pretty much is the only option. Use Sachesi if you can to make 2 or 3 backups of your Data, can never have too many, and try and load an autoloader for your device. See if that resolves the issue. Worst case scenario is that you may have to replace the device as I do not think BB will cover this, I have read they did, but it is a case by case basis. Best case scenario, it works.

When we ask what version, we hope for all numbers. 10.2.1.1785 for example. 10.2 encompasses many many releases.

Could be that bad OS or your screen just died. I had that happen once.

If it isn't one of these versions your screen probably just died.

I try it know on my desktop and yes my Z30 is working only my screen is black

Mine died as a result of being on 10.3.1. I had to send mine in to black berry. It took a week for them to get but back to me. If it is within 6 months they can send you a replacement phone first, but you will need to secure the replacement with a credit card hold. While they wait for you to send your phone in.

So you have an hmdi micro cable or can you get one - you can hook it to an hdmi tv (or computer monitor)
