So I'm just trying to inject some humor with the title, but basically what's happening right now is my Z30 is stuck in a reboot loop. When it was working before, I noticed that the phone app screen was stuck in the wrong orientation and skewed. I rebooted the phone as closing and opening didn't help and now it's doing this:

Single LED -> BlackBerry logo -> Screen shuts off (Loop and start again)

Anything that I can do to stop this? Want to get some suggestions before I do anything drastic.

First step would be a hard reboot by pressing up/down volume keys together for at least 10 seconds. If that doesn't do the trick then next step it an OS reload. Download "sic multi wipe" from here on CB then once that's done.. (please note that this will render phone inoperable because no OS present) go ahead and reload an OS from your version of choice. Many good Nd proven versions of leaks available here on CB as well.

So crisis averted - I had my earbuds plugged in. Unplugged them and voila, rebooting stopped and I'm now sitting at my home screen. Not really going to complain, this is a leak and it's got a few noticeable bugs here and there. Don't really have anything too important on this device though. *phew*

The hard reboot is the same thing as a battery pull.

Glad to see the problem seems to be resolved.

Maybe some condensation on the earbuds.
Happens in a lot of other devices as well.

Yeah...that didn't work here though. I could've at least turned it off if I had a removable battery
