    Download Blackberry Virtual Expert (it may be included in newer versions of the OS). It contains a series of tests.

    I have the same thing happen to me, what you can try, start up camera first, hold it in landscape and wait for icons to move on your screen, 1-5 seconds. Then tilt back vertical. Works for me all the time! I already sent BlackBerry a e-mail about this. If this doesn't fix the problem, use BVE.

    Have the opposite problem: Some times the hub gets stuck in landscape. My workaround is to lock rotation, return to the hub and see it rotate to portrait mode and then unlock rotation.

    The same happened with me, I rebooted the phone but nothing helped . The next day it started working again.

    It had stuck before as well, I got it to work by plugging in the charger(wall) and then removing it, weird solution but it worked for me.

    It may be in QUICK SETTINGS. Swipe down in any screen except the Hub. Check the various quick settings. If not there, Tap Settings and then Quick Settings and select it. Now it will be in quick settings.

    What OS version are you on? Doesn't it have the words right next to the symbol?

    Yes, this is the key question. Have you resolved your issue? Was it just the rotation lock being set? Or is there a bigger issue?

    10.2.1 OS. Now words beside the symbol in the quick settings when it was off but now that I turned it on the word is beside the symbol . Yes my problem was resolved
