My BlackBerry z30 stops charging after 64% battery. I used hard reboot pressing and holding volume up and down keys for two times. What can I do now. Please give me any solution.

I think the issue that affects Z30 is different than that of other devices like Q5/Z10 where a battery pull and wait might fix the problem. Mine has the same issue and it even survives autoloaders. Doesn't affect actual battery life so I've learned to live with it.

Since this affects a device with a non-removable battery, here's what you can do:

1. Drain the battery to 0%. Make sure it does drain to 0% and not shutting down before it.
2. Wait for about 5 minutes, then charge it using the stock charger. If it isn't available, then any charger will do. Don't use it while charging. I'll recommend putting it on Airplane Mode.
3. If you use the stock charger, it will take approximately 4 hours before the battery is full. (I tried using a 2.4A charger on my Z30 and it still took about 3 hours).
4. If it still won't get above 60% then we can now assume there is something wrong with your battery that can only be fixed by getting it replaced.
