    I read a few threads where people received OS 2267 OTA update from their carrier (e.g. In Indonesia,Canada,..) so I guess this version can also be considered as official .

    As I have mentioned, Mobile Hotspot works for me in all leaks including 2243.

    I believe that in order to reduce bugs as much as possible, you need to do clean install using autoloader then install your apps with minimal restore. It's a hassle, but it generally gives better result. In my opinion, the team who designed 10.3.x most likely not the same as the team who did the 10.2.x, hence there are 'missing links' in the OTA update.

    Leak, official, whatever you may call it, as long as it is of the same version, it's just the same and should work technically the same. Anyway, I haven't encountered any flaw regarding Wi-Fi, Internet tethering or Mobile Hotspot on any 10.3.1 OS.

    I've never had any issues with Hotspot in any of the leaks or officials.

    I did one time have it tell me that hot spots are not allowed in my country. - Canada.

    This is after I just used it the day prior.

    So I rebooted the phone and all was well again.

    Hotspot is working fine here on a Verizon Z30 running 10.3.1.2267. I upgraded from 10.2.1 using an autoloader, did a security wipe, and then ran the autoloader again.

    As others mentioned,try a clean install if you're having problems after an OTA update.

    Good question. But if it wasn't blocked in earlier versions why would it be blocked now?

    Is there something in 10.3.1 giving carriers more control over what they can block?

    I don't know, but there are reports that some people, esp. after installing leaked OS, got away with their carrier blocking this feature.

    I have updated of OS 10.3 from blackberry and since then �Hotspot� feature is disabled. We need your support to find out reason and remedy to resolve it.
    Now following errors are being displayed on OS 10.3 devices when turning ON hotspot option
    "Regulations in this country prohibit Mobile Hotspot usage." OR ": dots going round in a circle".

    PLEASE confirm if we can downgrade to old version with screen shot details and also please confirm if there is any solution available

    Hot Spot not working in Z10. Phone gets hang. We can't reboot also with the swtich. We have to restart by removing battery only.

    Major fight in this incidence is that network become no-data network. even we try to change from setting it will not get changed.

    Anyone has some solution that we can use Hot Spot do share....
