    Hi there, more often than not when I watch media on the BlackBerry browser it is muted? Other media playback elsewhere on the device works? Strange

    Any ideas?

    It's happened to me about 5 times. The reboot fixes it.....for a while

    It's happened to me twice, i think, on Classic. i can't recall it having happened on Passport.
    Most of 10.3.2's bugs can be flushed by a full-stop reboot. Some, on the other hand, are more permanent.
