I had my phone replaced because of the tinny sound. I would call for a replacement sooner than later because the longer you wait the harder it becomes to part from the phone.

Was it a Z30? I contacted the seller about a return this morning but have not heard back yet. I got it from Amazon thru a marketplace seller. It was brand new in a sealed box. I'm also going to call BlackBerry about it. Thanks.

Mine's almost a year old and I still love my Z30, which has the best sound of any phone I've ever owned. And the 5" screen is perfect for one-handed use. I'm not as fond of my iPhone 6 Plus, which I use mainly for a couple of work and productivity apps and media consumption.

I loved the feel of the Z30 but upgraded to the Passport and like others, miss the feel. Got a Classic after my wife took over the Z30. Love the Classic too, but needs more power! Should have had at least the Z30 processors.

Yes, they are missing out. The Z30 is a stellar device. All the other players rely on pride marketing. "My iPhone/Galaxy/Lumia/whatever cost $650, and has a 48 bazillion giga pico byte processor and, and and and..." They don't think of all the bloatware and other cr@p that comes loaded on the phone. Give it 6 months, and all that spec means nothing as the device slows down more and more. Then what? UPGRADE! New, more expensive device. More money. Bah!

The real world doesn't run on specs. It runs on performance. Give me a solid Z30 that costs $230 and lasts for 3 years or more. Happy camper.

Would I love an updated, super-duper speedy Z50? Hell, yeah. Am I saying Samsuck should not innovate and push the envelope? Hell, no! But I need to watch myself and be sure I want this super updated Z50 because there is a genuine need, and the Z30 can't keep up with the technological challenges of the day, not simply so that I can say I have the "latest and greatest" spec machine money can buy.

I think someone mentioned why I was excited about having LTE at my office. I had sprint previously and was lucky to have 1x connection. It was basically useless inside the office building. Much much better on AT&T.

I did a speed test on 4g and lte with my Z30 on AT&T.

Lte is about double what I see on 4g.

My new Z30 white just turned up, really nice phone, loving it already !
Must admit the box was a bit flimsy compared to the z10 and the ear phones look like something out of chuck norris's mind but the device itself knocks all that down.
