Since the update to 10.3.3.2049, I just realised my phone doesn't rotate anymore.

Though my Rotation Lock is unchecked, neither the menus,apps, hub, pictures or videos rotate to landscape mode on my Z30.

I have restarted and done the hard reset as well.

Anyone know a solution?

Since you done a hard reset, next option is to reload your OS or just upgrade to 2163.

You could also reload the settings bar first before doing an OS reload.

Nearly a full year for a long awaited 10.3.3 update from the boffins from blackberry,and they have still managed to screw it up? I swear I can just picture a monkey on a stool pressing random update buttons for the bb10 masses and hoping one update will eventually work!

Great news! Woke up today to a restarted Z30 and everything is working smoothly now.

I can't even get into the settings or the hub on my unlocked BlackBerry Passport after this update 😔 😢
