Since I renewed my contract to get my Q10 then I am forced to buy this off contract but BlackBerry will be getting my $$$ for this soon as Verizon makes it available.

I think the point should be that he doesn't need to be buying 3 expensive cell phones for 2 people if he doesn't have the money readily available. It's a poor investment.

Perhaps, but it's his money and his life, and what he does with his money and life is not for me to judge. Whatever makes him happy and works for him, may not work for others, but that is still his decision.

Just depends on how you look at it. I am a tech nerd, so my vice is electronic toys. My absolute drug of choice is BlackBerry. This is nothing new; I've been buying BlackBerry since 06. The difference is that in the last three years BlackBerry has been turning out some really cool ****. I try to buy one thing, and then another pops up. Some people **** money on video game systems, hunting gear, motorcycles, whatever. It's not like I'm buying every device ever made by BlackBerry. I just know good tech when I see it, and it makes me happy to own and use it. It just so happens that BlackBerry keeps providing that experience, and I keep providing them with my money.

Yeah, the Q5 was not a must have device; even CrackBerry team members said to save your money unless you have to have every single model that runs BlackBerry 10.
