    If you just turn your Z30 into landscape, isn't that just about the same width as a Passport? Maybe it's off by a centimetre or two but I'd imagine it would be pretty close? Good way to simulate a fake Passport I guess.

    No. The Passport''s view points and res are all set up to show as much info as possible. On the Z30 you'd still be fiddling with zooms.
