Upgrading from a z10..getting a little tired of constantly having to charge the 10 and always wanted the larger screen...so I just placed an order on shop blackberry for the $250 z30 deal.

Can't wait. ....any recommendations on a slim but tough case?

the Trident Aegis case is great--I got mine for 15 bucks on Amazon after I got the Z30 for 225 on shop BB's Black Friday deal---bumper, screen protector and hard case---best of all worlds

The Z30 is amazing.
From the great battery life, you need to only charge it once and you get back your life from wall hugging.
The natural sound quality, combined with the paratek antenna - you'll find service when other phones are out of range. And the speakers are surround sound!
The screen size makes it worth it also, the 5" display is sharp and crisp, a bit darker screen.

True-its not slim-but it's tough and not too big-another tip. Galaxy S5 screen protectors fit perfectly -upside down-cut out for button fits top speaker exactly

Z30 is the best phone I have owned, you will like it a lot. Look at the OEM transform BlackBerry case, it's not too bulky and has good protection.

You won't know you have made the best decision until your holding it. i really like the feel of it bare, but a drop can mean disaster. I'm using a black tpu with rubber non slip back. Enjoy and Merry Christmas!!

Welcome to the club my friend! What a difference the Z30 is over a Z10, it's like moving from something you thought was awesome to something that's mind blowing! Ok I'm exaggerating a little bit lol .

But seriously, the Z30 is a fantastic device and the best aspect of owning one is by far Battery life. A just went with an eBay case and it fits awesome, pictures below.

i just order a Z30 to ... was not gonna let it slide this time lol. the Z10 been alright to me.. but thats it, the whole battery life issue just really got me tired. charging it almost 3 times a day plus my battery cover..... plus 225 (244 after taxes) for a unlock 5" better sound and signal phone than the Z10.. ill take it.. . Anybody here using the Z30 with T-Mobile USA?? is Wifi Calling available on the Z30?

The case is amazing! You'll need to do some slight modification however. Nothing major or hard but manufacturer did miss the side noise cancellation mic holes needed for the Z30.

Took me all of 30 seconds, got out the drill, lined it up and popped two holes. The key is picking the right sized drill bit and making sure the outside circumference of the drill bit, is right under the black rubber seal that goes around the case.

I bought the transfer case from Amazon for 4.98 total with free shipping. I thought for sure I was getting ripped off but it arrived in Blackberry packaging, but minue the screen protector that it normally comes with. I just bought that separately with free shipping. But I barely notice its on my Z30. The only thing is that I miss seeing and feeling the back cover. I miss the non-slip backing.

The Z30 transform case is a pretty cheaply manufactured piece of plastic! I bought one with BlackBerry branded Z30 screen protectors. But when I got the transform case I was really disappointed as it wasn't similar in texture to the transform case I had for my Z10.

Not to mention the stand section on the Z30 transform case is completely useless.

I can't even believe I'm posting in this forum (from my z10). But this deal was too damn good to pass up! My hubby and I on a whim just ordered 2 white ones with cases!!!! Iam so freaking excited! But I know I will mourn my z10 as it fits my hands so well!
