After the update last week i have found my contacts flow into the next letter in the contacts list

eg: names under the letter R are showing up into letter S and S into T ect

Any ideas how to fix this

Try a hard reset , by holding the volume up and down buttons for about 20 sec until you see the blue loading circle, and if you have a stl100-1 do the same with the power button.
