    Yep. Could hear through earpiece in very quiet room...but very soft. Outside or on showroom (I'm a car dealer)...I couldn't hear anything.

    Sooooo...I tried & it's just not for me.

    Yep...tried all that to no avail. I don't blame BlackBerry. I'm sure it's ok for most...just not for me.

    I'll hang around and see what BB has next. I'd still jump back to black if I found something that would work for me.
