I dropped it, not very hard I thought, but now the phone speaker is less loud and crackly.
I may send it in, but then I will be without my beloved phone for a while.
This sucks

Get this and be absolutely sure

If you're testing the phone speaker on a phone call, there's a million reasons why it might be crackly. Running direct audio from the phone to the speaker will eliminate poor signal either end.
