    Hello there,
I have a problem with my Z30, when I receive a call and it is in my pocket, it does not ring. The call is incoming but in contact with my pocket, the screen detects a contact and the phone does not ring.
It is the same problem when I receive a call, the phone rings and if I touch the screen, it stops ringing. It's a good thing when you voluntarily based on the screen, but when it's in the bag, it is a hassle because I do not hear sound, it will automatically silence.
I'm not sure it makes sense. It would make sense that it would stop ringing when you press the "bell" logo in the bottom right when you receive a call, not anywhere on the screen. Is there a solution to this problem?
    Thank you for your answers

What's happening is your leg is touching the screen and silencing it. Either put your phone in a holster/case or when you put your phone in your pocket, have the screen facing outward away from your leg.
