    when I did this backup and then later restoration telling that I can not restore my contacts or my media please help me if there any way of getting that ID/Email.

    because really I tried a lot of IDs but none of them succeeded.

    The problem is I am not remembering it and one of them which I believe this is the right one I tried to make a new password for it but they are asking to answer the security question and there no any option to overcome the security question.
