When downloading app that time notified me to connect to the wifi...is it necessary to only use wifi connection

I can download but can not install as it says that space not available , whereas I have only utilized only 10 % of my memory and ram utilization is 1.32 GB

Try doing a reset on your phone by holding the up and down volume keys for 10 seconds until you see the BlackBerry logo then let go. Try downloading app after the phone restarts. Hope it works.

Hey, thanks. It worked. I was resetting but leaving it before the logo came. I asked to many people, but you solved it.

Is this a common issue and keep happening again and again?
