    I updated using sachesi and now I am getting OTA notification that there is a new version available but the listed version is same as what I am running.

    It sounds like your carrier may have pushed out the same release that you're currently running, have you tried allowing the update to install via Settings > Software Update? You can also try connecting your device to BlackBerry Link and allowing the update to install from there which usually dismisses the notification.

    I would like to update latest version , why I could not update? I follow setting > software update > click ( but it doesn't update, seem running update then just inform latest update device. My device version 10.3.1.1784,

    I updated mine via link and I'm also still getting the ota notification. Hope it works for you, it just didn't work for me

    A hard reset fixed it for me. This is a common issue on the Q5.

    Neither hard reset nor Link is fixing this issue.
    What would happen if I hit update? Or how about if I go and update one release above what it's telling me to update? Would this get rid of the nag message asking me to update?

    You updated via sachesi. Your carrier has its own imprint on the same OS. Hit upgrade and it will install the missing files pertaining to your carrier.

    You are on OS 10.3.1.2582 (software release 10.3.1.1784). That's one of the latest, so you're good.
