Someone please tell me how to unsync these damn birthdays from my z30 calendar

I told my facebook not to sync them I told my calendar not to display them but I still get reminders and they're on my lock screen too.

Someone please tell me you've figured out how to turn these damn things off.

Is it possible that the ones showing were already sync-ed (added) to your calendar but new items might be respecting your selections?

Thanks for the reply however I figured out the Facebook had synced with my Hotmail and it was the Hotmail that was putting them in my calendar. I just unsynced the Hotmail events under my accounts and all is good now
