    Forgot blackberry id, Trying to reset q10 blackberry id, blackberry does not recognize my username/email address but my blackberry q10 gets emails but when i use this email address. Phone settings verify that it is my blackberry id name. NOW WHAT.? Thanks

    How to change or update the BlackBerry ID Username (email address)

    You would need to look at those options. If none of those work for you, then you may wish to consider contacting BlackBerry as they're the only ones with access to help you.
