[CrackBerry Question]

I have got a Z30 and its Hotspot doesn't work, i have updated to 10.3.2.2876, but it still the same. every time i try The hotspot, it says :" to enable Mobile Hotspot, tap setting and enter a password", but then after and enabling Hotspot it just a spinning circle shows up with an endless "connecting" caption. i tried it thousand times but never find a damn way to connect. what else can i do to fix?

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold down both volume buttons until the BlackBerry logo shows up. Have you used it before? Just to exclude user error.

apparently your mobile operator blocked, I had the same thing does not work.

Contact your network operators to be sure the fault is not from them. Your data subscription might not be supporting data sharing

You need to ask your phone operator network if this service is available for your phone...

I had to use Hotspot last week and it wouldn't connect, then realised had to select the device I was connecting to in blue tooth and enable it. Might be something as simple as that
