Ah I see, I had a similar issue with my old Z10. What I found worked (assuming your phone is charged) was to switch the phone off, start the autoloader and connect the phone to the PC. When the phone was rebooting and connected to the computer, the autoloader kicked in and installed the OS again which seemed to solve the problem. Give that a try I think

I'm having a problem similar to the OP's... The dreaded BB10-0020 error. I cannot get the thing to power off, if I hold down the power button for 10+, it just reboots. This is what I suspect is the reason why my attempts to use Link's Reload have all failed. I suppose I should give an autoloader a shot. I had .8xx loaded on it... What's the best version to load it up with, now? Does anyone have a link? (Reiterating: it's a Verizon Z30.)

I've already been to the VZW store, and gotten what might be the last Priv in all of their b&m stores in South Florida (!!), so at this point, it's simply a matter of showing the little ***** who's boss 'round here. I just want to know that it's functional, should I manage to abuse the Priv to the point of needing it, again.

Well, I'm already hijacking this thread somewhat... May as well go for broke: while I was in the store, I decided to pick up Verizon's Ellipsis 10 tablet, for an additional $10 + tax per month. I've been using it for maybe 45 minutes, at this point, and it's *really* starting to irk me, using the straight-up stock Android keyboard and navigation... If I were to grab all the BB services & apps from the play store, and load'em onto this thing, does anyone know if that'd work? Would I be able to get my capital letters from long presses on the lowercase "keys", and get access to the numeric & symbol keys from quick drag-downs on the keyboard, again, like I had on the Z30, and have on the Priv?? Anyone?? Anyone??

    Bueller???

    TIA.

    mitch
