I have had my new Z30 for three days and it has started its reboot routine just like my Z10 did. It came from Mexico and I immediately upgraded it to 10.2.1.1055. First reboot happened today when I was listening to iheart radio and the second one the phone was totally idol.

I just can not believe that any company can be this incompetent. Almost makes you believe that Verizon is sending reboot commands to the phones.

I guess its back to my Bold, which works! Also the blackberry bridge does not work with this leak.

The people criticizing the screen are idiots. Its beautiful.

I had 2 reboots when I bought the Z30 But after none so far, it's been 1 month already, so maybe you should wait it out

I had the same problem initially. Then I realised that the top bezel was too sensitive and that's what caused the reboot (I guess). I had no further issues on Z30. I'm using the same software that was installed when I bought. waiting for the official release.

So let me get this clear... your actually complaining about the fact your new phone has software issues YET acknowledging the fact you installed a leaked software that wasn't released to the public because it's a beta?

Never had a reboot using BB10 since it came out. Using hybrid and stuff from other os and always working flawless.

Maybe it's the leak? I'm running the version that Telus came out with. No reboots so far.

Haven't had one reboot on my Rogers Z30, sorry you have had so many issues. but it does seem like the software you loaded could be the issue.

no reboot issues here with Telus Z30.

If it's happening after the leak install, try doing a security wipe.

I would reload the os and see if that helps.

I feel for you, I had the rebooting problem on my Z10, until updates in the os solved that issue. But it's not helpful those who don't have the problem telling you that you are imagining the things.

Depending on how fresh the install is, you will experience slow downs, and some random reboots. Once the files settle, things should be back to peak performance. My Q10 was doing the same thing when I updated. It was a major load. Don't panic if this is the case.

This could take 1-4 days to get the best out of your device. Don't be afraid to reboot once in a while just to get it refreshed. I had to do so a few times.

I had a couple random reboots from my Z30 in the first couple weeks, but nothing since. Not sure the cause, but I am extremely happy with my new phone.

If you install leak, you shouldn't hold BlackBerry responsible for instability. Blame yourself for gambling on a leak and losing.

My Z30 has the latest 10.2.0 leak and is rock solid, but what I read about 10.2.1 made me leery about installing it.

My Z30 is too important to eff up with anything other than a super solid proven build, so no 10.2.1 for me on my z30 yet.

You're absolutely right about taking responsibility for the leak.
I took the 10.2.1 plunge on my Z30 and for the most part, it's been fantastic. Now I need to weigh my options because I recently bought an SDXC card and well, formatting and compatibility issues seem to prevent me from using it. I need to decide whether to keep the leak and go SD cardless, or revert back to official and miss out on these fantastic 10.2.1 features...
